About KESAR
KESAR is a growing Pakistani fashion and lifestyle brand with an expanding retail and digital presence. We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Content Creator who can translate KESAR’s products, collections, stores, and brand personality into engaging digital content.
Role Overview
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and producing content for KESAR’s social media and digital platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels, TikTok-style short videos, product content, fashion and lifestyle content, and campaign storytelling.
The ideal candidate should understand both fashion aesthetics and social media behaviour, not only how to make content visually appealing, but also how to create content that captures attention, drives engagement, and encourages product discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging content for KESAR’s social media and digital platforms.
Produce Instagram Reels and other short-form video content.
Develop product, fashion, lifestyle, and campaign-focused content.
Support visual storytelling around products, collections, and brand campaigns.
Create compelling hooks, captions, and simple video scripts.
Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them appropriately to the KESAR brand.
Shoot aesthetically strong content using a smartphone.
Edit short-form videos for digital platforms.
Work effectively within fast-paced campaign timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of content creation experience, preferably within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
Good sense of fashion, styling, composition, framing, and visual storytelling.
Ability to create high-quality smartphone content.
Strong short-form video editing skills.
Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Ability to write engaging hooks, captions, and simple video scripts.
Comfortable working behind or appearing in front of the camera when required.
Understanding of Pakistani social media culture.
Ability to create content naturally in English, Urdu, and mixed Urdu-English.
Ability to identify and adapt trends without simply copying them.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet fast campaign timelines.
