Job Title: *ERP Database Coordinator*

CWTC is looking for a detail oriented candidate to migrate business data from existing software to the new ERPNext system.

Key Responsibilities

• Transfer customer, supplier, item, inventory, serial number, sales, purchase, invoice, and payment records.
• Prepare and manage Excel files and CSV templates for data imports.
• Import data into ERPNext and verify its accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile records between the old and new systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Logistics, Inventory, and Service teams to validate migrated data and provide hands-on experience on new software.
• Maintain data backup records, migration logs, and documentation.
• Identify and report data-related issues during the migration process.
• Ensure all assigned data tasks are completed within the contract period.

Requirements

• Graduate in IT, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong MS Excel and data management skills.
• 2–4 years of relevant ERP, database, or data migration experience.
• ERPNext experience is an advantage.
