Corbis Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for candidates who have completed an MBA in Human Resource Management and are eager to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. The role involves supporting various HR functions while developing professional skills in a dynamic corporate environment. The position is based in Multan, Pakistan, and requires on-site attendance.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist with recruitment activities including CV screening and interview scheduling.
– Coordinate communication with candidates and arrange interviews efficiently.
– Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
– Support the onboarding process and ensure smooth joining formalities for new hires.
– Help manage attendance and leave records.
– Prepare and update HR reports and recruitment trackers regularly.
– Perform daily HR administrative tasks to support the department’s operations.
Required Qualifications
– MBA in Human Resource Management is mandatory.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
