KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks and systems
Ensure smooth operation of hardware, software and internal systems
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues
Assist in system upgrades, data security and backups
Work on ERP, digital tools and automation initiatives as required
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
2-3 years of relevant experience in an IT support/administration role
Strong knowledge of networking software and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems and security protocols will be an advantage
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
