CREATICS is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR Intern to join their team and gain hands-on experience in various human resources functions. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure by working closely with the HR department in a supportive and structured environment. The role involves assisting with essential HR activities such as maintaining employee records, managing attendance, supporting onboarding processes, and promoting employee engagement. Located in Karachi near Tipu Sultan, this position allows interns to develop foundational HR skills while contributing to the smooth operation of the department. Key Responsibilities: – Assist in maintaining and updating employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. – Support the tracking and management of employee attendance. – Participate in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. – Help coordinate and promote employee engagement initiatives and activities. – Collaborate with the HR team to handle daily administrative tasks efficiently. Required Qualifications: – Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. – Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. – Good organizational abilities with attention to detail. – Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace applications such as Docs and Sheets. Additional Details: – Location: This is an onsite internship based in Karachi, near Tipu Sultan. – Working Hours: The schedule runs Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturdays designated as work-from-home days. – Compensation: A monthly stipend ranging between Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 35,000 is offered. This internship is ideal for individuals seeking to build a solid foundation in human resources within a professional setting.
