Creative Group of Industries is looking for three enthusiastic and technically sound Fresh Electrical / Electronics Engineers to join our engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical industrial experience, enhance their technical expertise, and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.
Monitor industrial electrical systems, motors, control panels, transformers, sensors, and power distribution networks.
Troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults to ensure smooth plant operations.
Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.
Assist in PLCs, industrial automation, instrumentation, and control systems.
Perform PCB testing, electronic circuit troubleshooting, and component inspection.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Conduct routine inspections and maintain technical and maintenance records.
Support energy conservation, equipment efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
BSc Electrical Engineering or BSc Electronics Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems, electronics, power distribution, and control systems.
Familiarity with PLCs, automation, instrumentation, and electronic circuits will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation.
Ability to work in a manufacturing and industrial environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
