Description
Trainee Technical Consultant)
Ideal for students of Computer Science, Software Engineering, or those with technical project exposure.
Responsibilities:
Learn and develop using X++, .NET, SQL Server, and CRM
Assist in developing customizations, integrations, and reporting components.
Participate in DevOps activities and Azure-based deployments.
Work alongside functional consultants to deliver scalable technical solutions.
Support debugging and technical issue resolution during implementations.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Recent graduates in any of the following:
BS Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT
BBA / MBA (Finance, Supply Chain, MIS)
ACCA, CA, or other finance/accounting certifications
Experience:
No formal experience required. Relevant coursework, internships, or academic projects will be a plus.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills (spoken and written)—essential for both client-facing and internal collaboration.
Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Passion for business process optimization or enterprise technology.
Willingness to learn ERP systems and industry best practices.
Ability to work in teams, manage time effectively, and deliver quality outcomes.
