*Territory Sales Representative*

Dollar Industries is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Junior/Territory Sales Supervisor to support business growth across retail and institutional channels. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with distributors and the sales team to improve market coverage, product availability, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve territory sales targets and drive business growth.
Develop new business across LMT, key accounts, general trade, and institutional channels.
Expand customer networks and strengthen existing relationships.
Manage distributors and supervise Order Bookers to improve sales productivity.
Identify market opportunities, monitor competitors, and support product launches.
Develop commercial proposals and ensure compliance with approved pricing and policies.
Monitor sales performance, market coverage, and product penetration.
Prepare sales reports and market intelligence to support business decisions.
Drive customer retention and profitable sales growth.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of relevant FMCG sales experience, preferably in territory sales or distributor handling.
Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
Understanding of sales planning, distribution, and customer management.
