JOB SUMMARY:
To support corporate operations, administrative activities, reporting, coordination, and project assignments while developing the skills required for future managerial responsibilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in day-to-day corporate operations, administrative tasks, and departmental coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and management updates.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and operational improvements.
Maintain records, databases, and departmental documentation accurately.
Assist in monitoring departmental performance indicators and preparing analytical reports.
Participate in meetings, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the management.
Follow organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
