Airport Move, based in Islamabad, is expanding its e‑commerce team and seeks a meticulous Virtual Assistant to oversee its Amazon UK, eBay and Shopify storefronts. The role operates on UK business hours, offering an afternoon‑to‑evening shift at the office.
Responsibilities
- Administer daily operations on Amazon UK Seller Central, eBay and Shopify platforms.
- Create and refine product listings to enhance visibility and conversions.
- Handle order fulfillment, returns and refunds promptly.
- Track inventory levels and maintain overall account health.
- Answer customer queries in a professional manner.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory status and key metrics.
Who Should Apply
- At least two years of hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay and Shopify.
- Familiarity with the UK marketplace is a plus.
- Strong written English communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Available to work on‑site at Airport Move’s Islamabad office.
