Oneten Estimations is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Estimators to join our expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about starting a career in construction estimation. Candidates will receive comprehensive training designed to develop the technical skills necessary for success in this field. The position is based onsite at our Malir Halt office in Karachi, with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
– Learn and perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings.
– Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents carefully.
– Assist senior estimators in preparing accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
– Maintain precise project records and estimation files to ensure data integrity.
– Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.
– Acquire proficiency in estimation software as part of the structured training program.
Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as no prior experience in estimation is required.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes through the provided training.
