Job Description
As Emirates Cabin Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout each flight. Duties include conducting pre-flight safety checks, delivering in-flight service (meals, beverages, and duty-free sales), assisting passengers with special needs, managing emergency and safety procedures, and representing Emirates’ service standards on every flight. Crew members work on a roster basis, with flights to destinations across Emirates’ global network.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Grade 12 (high school) completed
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
- Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Minimum height: 160 cm, with an arm reach of 212 cm (on tiptoes)
- Minimum age: 21 years at the time of application
- Must be able to meet UAE employment visa requirements
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work a rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good physical health and ability to pass a medical fitness assessment
- Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
