Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer located in Karachi. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to attract new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and communicating effectively with potential clients to expand the bank’s customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Business Development and a strong understanding of market dynamics
• Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the banking industry is a plus
