Your responsibilities include:
- Manage E2E linehaul operations across respective regions
- Performance Management of linehaul partners and ensure compliance against KPIs provided in contract
- Initiate Cost & Lead-time Optimization projects against the respective routes
- Manage DEX fleet cost and cost analysis
- Analyze the volume based on forecast and develop models for requirement of linehauls for daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Sourcing of new LH Partners based on techno commercial analysis
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager on needs basis
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Supply Chain Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution (Preferably in a STEM field)
- Certification of Logistics and Supply Chain (Preferred)
- Proficient in Data handling, Analytics, MS – Excel, Google sheets
- Excellent communication skills both written & oral
