What you’ll do:
- Source and attract top talent through professional platforms
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand needs
- Conduct interviews & follow-ups
- Build and maintain candidate & client relationships
- Develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage postings, databases, and smooth onboarding processes
Requirements:
BBA/MBA in HR
3–5 years proven recruitment experience
Strong understanding of recruitment practices
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
