This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that ensures the smooth operation of our warehouse in Pakistan. You will play a key role in managing the storage and movement of materials while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Collaboration is central to this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue packaging materials in line with standard procedures.
- Maintain compliance with QMS (Quality Management System), EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), and regulatory policies.
- Conduct cycle counts and support annual physical stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain process-related documentation, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Identify risks in warehouse operations and implement mitigation plans.
Qualifications, Skills And Education
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Supply Chain.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and EHS compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
This role is based on-site at our warehouse in Pakistan.
