Job Description
Volume & NSR Goals: Ensure targets for pack-wise volume and Net Sales Revenue (NSR) are met, suggesting new sales strategies and providing accurate secondary sales forecasts for the area main.
Availability Expansion:
- Drive market growth by creating and retaining new outlets in line with targets and area potential.
SFE KPI Improvement:
- Analyze Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPIs, recommend improvements, and maintain accurate and updated sales data for the area.
In-Outlet Execution:
- Oversee daily in-outlet activities to meet PicOS and RED standards, ensuring all marketing initiatives are executed correctly.
Competitor Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor activities, reporting insights and proposing strategies to counter competitive efforts.
Equipment Management:
- Ensure the proper deployment and optimal use of company assets, including coolers, signage, and promotional materials.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong customer relationships, manage complaints, maintain detailed customer records, and oversee account settlements.
Team Management:
- Train and develop presellers to build an effective sales team capable of meeting area objectives
Ensures accountability:
- Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
Action oriented:
- Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
Customer focus:
