Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • BBA / MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Experience:

  • 0–1 years of relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles

  • Experience in motorcycle, automobile, or retail sales will be considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute daily sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals

  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations

  • Conduct product presentations and explain features, pricing, and financing options

  • Negotiate deals and close sales in a professional and ethical manner

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and logistics for smooth service delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales performance, and customer interactions

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
