Kickstart is Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, startups, and freelancers. We have 16 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5400+ members using our spaces daily.

We are looking for a Community Executive to manage our location in Karachi. If you are great at forming relationships and also have a little bit of administrative acumen, this role is for you!

Key Responsibility

1.Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and assist community members, visitors, and guests at the front desk.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide general information about the community.

2.Community Engagement:

  • Assist in creating a warm and inclusive environment for community members.
  • Provide support to community members by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and directing them to relevant resources or personnel as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback from the community and advocate for their needs and interests.

3.Event Support:

  • Support the planning and coordination of community events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Assist with event logistics, including registration and attendee check-in.

4.Communication Hub:

  • Manage communication channels, including email and phone, to ensure timely responses and a high level of customer service.
  • Distribute important announcements and updates to the community.

5.Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in maintaining community databases, including member profiles, mailing lists, and activity logs.
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Manager as needed.

6.Visitor Management:

  • Register and guide visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience while adhering to security protocols.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Qualifications

  • 1+ Year of experience in operations, administration or relevant field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing and building relationships
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize feedback from community members
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive in problem-solving
