Finalysiz is seeking motivated and quick-learning individuals to join our team as Business Development Trainees. This entry-level, full-time position is based in DHA Phase 8, Commercial Broadway, Lahore, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, LinkedIn management, and market research within the financial services sector. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting our business growth initiatives through targeted outreach and strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
– Generate, research, and qualify leads to identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts.
– Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including prospect outreach and timely follow-ups.
– Manage and enhance the company’s LinkedIn presence by creating and engaging with relevant content and connections.
– Conduct professional email outreach to leads and prospects, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
– Perform market research to identify target industries, companies, key decision-makers, and potential clients.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, outreach activities, and progress using CRM tools or tracking systems.
– Collaborate closely with the business development team and adapt to evolving responsibilities as the company grows.
Required Qualifications
– Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and systems with minimal supervision.
– Strong written communication skills, particularly in crafting professional emails and LinkedIn messages.
– Detail-oriented mindset, especially when conducting research on companies and individuals.
– Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently without extensive guidance.
– Genuine interest in financial services, sales, and business development.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
– Candidates who can reliably commute to Lahore or are willing to relocate before starting work are preferred.
– Immediate availability to join the team is highly desirable.
– The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000.
– Work is conducted in person, providing direct engagement with the team and company culture.
