AuVitronics Limited, a member of the House of Habib group, is hiring a Financial Operations Analyst for its Finance department located in Port Qasim, Karachi.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices promptly.
- Enter invoices and payments accurately in the SAP system.
- Create, verify and maintain payment, receipt, journal and other financial vouchers.
- Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Assist with account reconciliations and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Support daily finance and accounting activities.
- Contribute to month‑end closing and financial reporting.
- Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Provide documents for internal and external audits.
- Maintain organized finance records and files.
- Handle additional finance‑related tasks as assigned by management.
Who Should Apply
- Holds an MBA degree or is an ACCA finalist.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Proficient in SAP for billing and payment processing.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Effective communicator and able to work collaboratively.
