We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Game Design Assistant. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Game Design team to help develop and refine engaging game concepts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with relevant academic or personal projects to gain hands-on experience in the gaming industry. You will be involved in various aspects of game design, including mechanics, systems, and in-game economies, while contributing to the overall player experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate with the Game Design team to develop and refine innovative game concepts.
– Assist in designing game mechanics, systems, and in-game economies that enhance gameplay.
– Conduct research on current gaming trends, player behavior, and industry developments to inform design decisions.
– Analyze gameplay performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the player experience.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
– Participate actively in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate creative ideas.
– Contribute innovative solutions aimed at improving gameplay engagement and overall user satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
– A strong passion for game design paired with a creative and open mindset.
– Basic understanding of game design principles, including mechanics, game economy, art styles, and player behavior.
– Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and enhance game features.
– Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
– Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
– Educational background in Game Design, Game Development, Computer Science, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
– Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant academic or personal projects are encouraged to apply.
