Responsibilities
- Coordinate service delivery end-to-end
- Source ; schedule L1–L3 engineers
- Manage SLA tickets and engineer database
- Liaise with European recruiters
Requirements
- Advanced English (written/spoken)
- 1–3 years IT Managed Services experience
- SLA ticket handling experience
- Existing L1–L3 engineer pool amp; network
