About the Role
The FGEI Directorate, under the Ministry of Defence, is hiring male candidates for the permanent post of Secondary School Teacher (SST) in BS-17. Selected candidates will be responsible for teaching secondary-level students in FGEI-administered schools located across Pakistan, including cantonment and garrison areas. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver subject-specific instruction to secondary school students (classes IX–X) in accordance with the approved curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and maintain student academic records
- Participate in school co-curricular activities and administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain discipline and a productive learning environment in the classroom
- Coordinate with school administration for exams, results, and reporting requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Second Class / Grade C Master’s degree along with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification, OR
- M.A. Education / M.A. EPM (Educational Planning & Management) from an HEC-recognized university
Age Limit:
- 22 to 30 years
- Plus 5 years general age relaxation as per government rules (upper age limit effectively up to 35 years for general candidates, subject to standard relaxation policy)
Gender: Male candidates only (as per this vacancy announcement)
Domicile/Posting: Willing to serve anywhere in Pakistan, including cantonment/garrison postings
