Job Description
Descon Oxychem Limited has opened applications for its Graduate Trainee Program (GTP), a one-year fixed-term training program for fresh graduates. Based at the company’s Lahore facility on Sheikhupura Road, the program gives trainees rotational exposure to core business functions, with a mix of technical and business learning.
What you will do
- Rotate across core business functions to build technical, functional and professional skills
- Get hands-on training in plant operations, maintenance and process systems (engineering disciplines)
- Work in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics and HRM (for Supply Chain and HR disciplines)
- Gain exposure to financial planning, budgeting and reporting (for Finance and Economics disciplines)
- Receive structured mentorship and on-the-job coaching from senior professionals
- Take part in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
Who should apply
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, HR Management, Finance or Economics
- Minimum CGPA of 2.5
- No prior work experience required
