Japanelectronics, a fast‑growing retailer of consumer electronics and home appliances, is looking for a Group Head – E-Commerce to shape its digital sales strategy and expand its online presence in Islamabad.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive e‑commerce roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Increase revenue through the corporate website, online marketplaces, and other digital channels.
- Oversee product merchandising, pricing, promotions, and the overall customer journey.
- Manage digital marketing efforts such as SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and performance advertising.
- Track sales data, customer insights, and market trends to spot growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with supply‑chain, operations, IT, customer service, and finance teams for seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain relationships with third‑party marketplaces and technology vendors.
- Set and monitor KPIs related to revenue, conversion, acquisition, retention, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the e‑commerce team.
Who Should Apply
- MBA or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related discipline.
- 10‑15 years of relevant experience, with at least five years in a senior e‑commerce leadership role.
- Background in retail, consumer electronics or home‑appliance sectors.
- Strong grasp of e‑commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, online marketplaces, CRM, and analytics.
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
