About the Role
Habib Bank Limited (HBL) is recruiting a Business Compliance Trainee for its KYC and CDD function at Habib Bank Plaza in Karachi. KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) are the checks banks use to verify customers and manage risk. This is a full-time entry-level position for graduates who want to begin a career in banking and compliance. The role is listed under the HBL PK Job Family.
What You’ll Do
- Support business teams with daily operations and departmental goals
- Take part in customer onboarding and help keep service smooth and efficient
- Respond to internal and external queries promptly and professionally
- Help identify process improvements and contribute to digitization initiatives
- Contribute to market outreach, research and analysis
- Coordinate across teams to keep projects on track
- Prepare reports, presentations and documentation
- Join training and ongoing development programs
