Responsibilities

  • Learning and Development: Participate in formal classroom training sessions and on-the-job training/ experiential learning opportunities to enhance knowledge of banking products, financial markets, regulatory compliance, banking operations, customer service, sales strategies, and leadership skills.
  • Individual Leaning & Development Roadmaps: Post placement, customized Learning & Development roadmaps will be made for Management Trainees, in view of their placement and interests. Through this, MTs will engage in rotational assignments to gain holistic understanding of the relevant business and role.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams on shared objectives to understand agile ways of working, learn from experienced employees, and contribute to enterprise level projects.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide effective solutions, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Comply with banking regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and sound banking environment. This includes ensuring the accuracy of relevant documentation, adhering to internal control measures, and mitigating operational risks.
  • Research and Analytics: To best utilize analytical skills, technical expertise and research abilities while working closely with senior colleagues and project teams on various assignments.
  • Professional Development: Continuously develop professional and technical skills through self-study, on-the job-learning, attending seminars and workshops, or obtaining relevant certifications to stay updated with industry best practices
  • Leadership Development: Demonstrate leadership potential by assisting in managing teams, initiating employee engagement activities, and leading small-scale projects.
  • Initiatives and Project Work: Contribute to and initiate strategic projects under the guidance of senior managers or mentors. This may involve conducting research, data analysis, preparing reports, developing business plans, and implementing process improvements.
