Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: FMCG / Food & Beverage
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate with Production for receiving finished goods and batches.
– Manage finished goods inventory, stock records, and reconciliation.
– Handle ice cream dispatches to distributors across Pakistan.
– Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams for timely dispatches.
– Ensure proper stock rotation (FEFO) and cold-chain compliance.
– Conduct monthly physical inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.
– Manage warehouse staff shifts and ensure smooth operational activities.
– Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
– Verify dispatch documentation, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
– Prepare daily stock, receiving, and dispatch reports.

Requirements

• BBA in Supply Chain, BS in Commerce, or MBA in Supply Chain.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
