ROLE OVERVIEW
Hirai Shoji is looking for a motivated and ambitious professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a quick learner mindset, and a passion for building relationships and driving business growth in international markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and partners
Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp channels
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales contracts
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Coordinate with shipping & logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
1–2 years experience in sales or business development (automobile industry preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Fast learner with a proactive attitude
Good spoken and written English
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel & curiosity to learn CRM
