Outfitters, part of Retail Outfitters’ Central II region, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Mall of Multan store. This role suits a hands-on retail professional ready to drive both operational and commercial results in a high-footfall location.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily store operations, inventory, security, maintenance, and compliance with brand and visual merchandising standards
- Execute merchandising strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives to drive sales
- Track KPIs, analyze stock and product performance, and implement corrective actions to hit targets
- Manage budgets, workforce scheduling, and process improvements to optimize store productivity and costs
- Coach and develop store teams, manage performance, and build a high-performance customer service culture
Who should apply:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Fashion Merchandising
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in retail management
