The Role

We are looking for experienced and driven Immigration Consultants to join our expanding Lahore team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for warm leads, guiding clients through immigration procedures from initial inquiry to successful application — while consistently meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do

Convert warm leads into paying clients through consultative selling
Conduct client calls and meetings to assess immigration needs and recommend suitable pathways
Guide clients through visa applications and immigration documentation
Ensure all advice and processes remain compliant with current immigration regulations
Manage follow ups and nurture long term client relationships to maximize engagement and conversion
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Accurately maintain and update client records in CRM systems

Who We’re Looking For

Experience: Prior background as an Immigration Consultant or in a closely related consultancy/sales role
Knowledge: Strong understanding of immigration procedures, visa categories, and documentation requirements
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a client first approach
Organization: Highly detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Drive: Self motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
