Responsibilities
- Accountant – manage financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and general accounts using accounting software and Excel.
- Audit Officer – Billing – verify patient invoices, conduct billing audits and prepare analytical reports.
- Warehouse In‑charge – Pharmacy – oversee inventory control, monitor expiry dates and reconcile stock levels.
- Purchase Officer – Pharmacy – handle procurement processes, request quotations, coordinate with vendors and issue purchase orders.
Who Should Apply
- Accountant – B.Com or BBA (Finance) with 1–2 years of hospital finance experience.
- Audit Officer – Billing – B.Com or BBA (Finance) with 1–2 years of billing or audit experience in a hospital.
- Warehouse In‑charge – Pharmacy – bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 1–2 years of pharmacy warehouse experience.
- Purchase Officer – Pharmacy – bachelor’s degree (preferred) and up to 1 year of related hospital experience.
- All candidates must possess good communication skills and be proficient in MS Excel.
