Position: HR Intern
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore — Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Stipend: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 25,000 per month
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at DHA Phase 5, Lahore. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or final-year students to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and general HR operations. Key Responsibilities
– Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing activities.
– Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
– Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
– Support onboarding processes and manage employee documentation.
– Maintain and update HR records and databases accurately.
– Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
– Assist in preparing HR reports and relevant documentation.
– Liaise with employees and management as needed to facilitate HR functions.
Required Qualifications
– Fresh graduates or final-year students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
– Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good command of English.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
– Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work onsite at DHA Phase 5, Lahore, following the Monday to Friday schedule from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
– Demonstrated eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to the team.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates residing in or near DHA Phase 5 are preferred to ensure ease of daily commute.
