The HR Intern will play a vital role in supporting the Human Capital Department by assisting with daily HR activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee record management, HR operations, training coordination, and employee engagement within a professional healthcare setting. The role is designed to provide practical exposure while contributing to the smooth functioning of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment activities, including screening CVs and shortlisting candidates.
– Support interview scheduling and coordinate communication with candidates.
– Help maintain and update employee and recruitment records accurately.
– Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and other departmental documentation.
– Participate in employee engagement initiatives and other HR-related activities.
– Support training and development efforts by coordinating training sessions and managing attendance records.
– Assist with HR documentation and digital processes through the Employee Portal.
– Handle day-to-day HR administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
– Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
– Coordinate with various departments as needed for HR-related activities.
– Perform additional HR tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

– Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from BBA, BS, MBA, HRM, Management Sciences, or a related field.
– Demonstrated strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
– Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional, fast-paced environment.
