Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting vacancies, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Update and maintain employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.
- Support onboarding by organizing orientation sessions for new hires.
- Help draft HR documents including offer letters, contracts, and policy papers.
- Collaborate with other departments to execute HR initiatives and programs.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation in line with company policies.
