Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by helping to source, screen, and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
- Assist in employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and workflows.
- Contribute to monitoring and evaluating employee performance to support ongoing performance management programs.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of HR initiatives.
- Help organize training sessions and internal events aimed at employee development and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of HR activities and support documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Manage a small team of two persons, providing guidance, delegation of tasks, and motivation to achieve targets.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for HR and management improvements and contribute innovative ideas.
