Vtti, operating at the Port Qasim site in Karachi, is looking for a dedicated HSE Officer to oversee health, safety and environmental practices. The role involves conducting inspections, managing risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular HSE inspections, risk assessments and permit‑to‑work audits.
- Organise and deliver safety training sessions, inductions and toolbox talks.
- Assist in incident investigations and coordinate emergency response drills.
- Track compliance, follow‑up on corrective actions and oversee safety equipment maintenance.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and support internal and external audits.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Petroleum or Environmental Engineering.
- Two to three years of HSE experience, preferably within oil & gas, chemical or process industries.
- Relevant HSE professional certifications are advantageous.
