Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in day-to-day HR operations including employee file management and recruitment processes.
– Support the preparation and management of employee contracts and related documentation.

– Participate in training sessions and apply learned skills to assigned tasks.
– Communicate effectively with employees and management to facilitate HR activities.
