Vapor VM is looking for a qualified Information Security Systems Engineer to join its Lahore team. The role focuses on protecting and enhancing the company’s enterprise security landscape using Microsoft 365 E5 and Zero Trust solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain Microsoft 365 E5 security services such as Defender, Purview and Entra ID.
- Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention, Privileged Access Management and Web Application Firewall controls.
- Monitor and respond to threats using Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel and conduct security incident investigations.
- Apply Zero Trust principles, including Conditional Access policies, multi‑factor authentication and identity governance.
- Work with additional security platforms like CyberArk, Delinea, Imperva, Zscaler or Netskope.
- Develop or modify scripts in PowerShell, KQL or Python to automate security tasks (preferred).
Who Should Apply
- 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in information security engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 E5 security suite and related technologies.
- Strong background in DLP, PAM, WAF and Zero Trust architectures.
- Familiarity with security monitoring tools such as Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel.
- Optional certifications: SC‑200, SC‑300, SC‑400, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
- Immediate availability is required.
