Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Support Internship role located in Karachi Division at iTack Solutions. The Customer Service Support Intern will be responsible for assisting with client communication, handling support queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills
  • Ability to respond effectively to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Basic understanding of technology or software products is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any field
