About the Internship:
Join BAT’s Operations team and gain hands-on experience in sustainability, environment, and health & safety initiatives. This 3-month internship offers a real-world business experience with exposure to global best practices, data analysis, and impactful sustainability projects.
Location: Samsun, Turkey
Duration: 3 months
Department: Sustainability – Operations Function
Type: Internship (min. 3 days/week commitment)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive sustainability KPIs: data collection, analysis, and visualization
- Support projects in environment, health & safety
- Identify improvement opportunities in operations
- Manage an individual project and present to BAT leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global setting
Who Can Apply:
- Students who have completed at least 3 years of university
- Strong English communication and MS Office skills
- Passionate about sustainability, analytical thinking, and teamwork
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn fast in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment
