Job Purpose
The HR Intern will play a vital role in supporting core HR operations, including job description development, employee record management, and recruitment coordination. This position offers hands-on experience and contributes to the smooth functioning of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining job descriptions across various roles within the organization.

Manage and organize employee records, ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with organizational and legal requirements.

Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and ensuring timely submission of required materials.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team including filing, data entry, handling correspondence, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA)
Required Qualification

Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience
-
Foundational knowledge of HR concepts and practices.

Previous internship or administrative experience in HR is a plus, but not mandatory.
Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with basic HR systems or databases is a bonus.
