Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee Officer at Enrichers Investment Group. You will be responsible for new business development, utilizing strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, and working in the finance/trading domain. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development and Analytical Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Lead Generation Strategy implementation (By calling & meeting)
- Converting leads into potential prospect meeting
- Pitching ideas for investment to potential clients
- Maintain and develop successful relationships with potential prospects and existing customers
- Ensure that the client is notified of all the prevailing fundamental factors which may have an impact on product prices
- Skillful negotiations and tenacious follow-up
- Target-driven with a can-do attitude
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in the investment industry is a plus
- Financial Market domain knowledge and experience is a plus
You will be expected to study the financial market to identify market opportunities and use your business acumen to meet the investment targets set by the Company.

Pay: Rs. 40000 – 60000 plus commissions (8-14%)
