Interwood Management Trainee Officer

Responsible for dealing with the customers from measurement sites till the finished report.

Ø Develop and provide timely 3D views to the clients as per customer profiling.

Ø Aligning the activities of site verification, point marking, PDI, and installation.

Ø Responsible to visit the customer’s site at three stages i.e. before designing their proposal, during installation, and after installation.

Ø Meeting the assigned sales targets and maintaining, at all times, the updated KDW opportunity matrix.

Ø Coordinate with architects/contractors of our client’s pending civil work, if any.

Ø Processing of client quotation/orders as per approved terms & conditions signed by the customer and ensure the final drawings and cost summaries are properly discussed and are signed off by clients.

Ø Follow up with the technical team for quotations, orders, and timely revisions.

Ø Review the quotations and drawings which are developed by the technical department and dispatching the hard copy of the order to the factory, etc.

Ø Display management is also a responsibility, which involves ensuring that the display is in proper condition or not.

Ø Responsible for align a visit for a new lead.

Ø A progress report will be emailed to the client/architect every 15 days, from the start of the project until its completion.

Ø Follow up all the SOPs and visit clients for BD to generate new leads.

Ø Any additional task assigned by manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Product Designing, Industrial or Interior Designing. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with furniture design software/drawings
• Excellent planning and time management abilities to handle multiple projects effectively
