Role Overview:

As a Jazz Associate, you will be a part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working in different functions such as Digital Platforms, Technology, Analytics & Software, Strategy, Finance, Consumer Division, Enterprise and People & Organization. You will receive extensive training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world business challenges. The program will help you develop a comprehensive skill set, enhance your industry knowledge, and provide a solid foundation for your professional growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives in your assigned function.

2. Learn and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools relevant to your area of specialization.

3. Assist in data analysis, research, and reporting tasks to contribute to strategic decision-making.

4. Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes, products, or services within your function.

5. Develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively deliver on assigned tasks.

6. Embrace a continuous learning mindset, proactively seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and expertise.

7. Collaborate with mentors and senior team members to receive guidance and support in your professional development.

8. Actively participate in monthly learning interventions/pathways designed to enhance your overall understanding of the industry and sharpen your skills.

Requirements

1. Recent graduate (within the past two years or graduating in June 2026) from a recognized university.

2. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, etc.).

3. Strong academic performance and a genuine passion for learning and professional growth.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues.

7. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. Proficient in using technology tools and platforms relevant to your function.

9. Knowledge or experience in your specific area of expertise is a plus.
