What will Intern – Rewards, Performance & Analytics do?
We are seeking an intern to join our Rewards, Performance & Analytics team. This role offers an opportunity to support key people initiatives, project execution, data analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support ongoing Rewards, Performance & Analytics projects and operational activities.
Assist in the execution of initiatives including Exit Form Revamping, Wellness initiatives, and Recognition Revamping.
Support data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely follow-ups and project execution.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation.
Provide support in regional coordination and execution of employee-focused initiatives.

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Good understanding of data representation and visualization.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, takes initiative, and demonstrates a willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
