Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for completion and accuracy of product listing & content on ecommerce channels like official website & marketplaces.
• Responsible for daily QC of official website & marketplaces to timely fix any identified errors in the content.
• Responsible for management of product reviews on both dawlance.com.pk and marketplaces.
• Responsible for daily QC of official website & marketplaces to ensure smooth customer delivery experience by identifying technical issues and collaborating with the region to resolve those.
• Responsible for initiating product content requirement.
• Identification & reporting of any bugs or potential CX failures on official website to IT maintenance team & follow up for resolution.
• Analysis of daily traffic and ensure that traffic and landing goals are achieved on website and online stores.
• Plan & execute day to day ecommerce content on official website & execute via Content Management System.
• Plan and execute Live Commerce operations for official social media channels and marketplace platforms.
• Monitor delivery excellence and support fulfillment partners (internal & external) to meet the overall delivery KPIs.
• Preparation & sharing of overall Channel Performance Reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Relevant Bachelors degree
1-2 years experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
