Role Description The Trainee Manager Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi East District. The role involves supporting sales operations by identifying potential clients, presenting life insurance solutions, and assisting in closing sales under the guidance of senior managers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer records, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams on policy issuance and service issues, and following up with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.

Sales will also participate in business planning activities, learn company sales processes, and contribute to achieving assigned sales targets while developing professional skills in a structured training environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, assess market trends, and support informed business decisions.
- Candidates should possess Business Planning skills to contribute to sales strategies, territory planning, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, prepare presentations, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, track activities, and support efficient execution of sales processes.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi East District, with a proactive, target-oriented, and ethical approach to sales.
