Global Advertising, a leading marketing agency in Islamabad, seeks a proactive Junior Amazon Store Executive to oversee Seller Central accounts and support inventory operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Amazon Seller Central accounts and keep product listings up to date.
- Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Track daily orders, sales figures and inventory movements.
- Assist with freight, logistics and supplier liaison, including Alibaba sourcing.
- Watch customer experience, reviews and ratings, and address issues.
- Support product content, branding and listing updates.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor overall Amazon account health and report any problems.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and help resolve them.
Who Should Apply
- Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least one year of experience managing Amazon accounts (preferred).
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset, quick learner and eager to take responsibility.
- Motivation to grow professionally in e‑commerce.
